"I want to see you practice. Because, how you practice is who you are." @DeionSanders
Average players search for 'the secret' to success.
Great players know 'the secret' to success is consistent daily habits and routines.
'Embrace the boredom of consistency' every practice.

Had a great visit yesterday at @ECCCSoftball!! Thank you Coach White and @katelyn_gruich for inviting me to your campus. It was great seeing everything the college had to offer. The hard work y’all are putting in the softball program is awesome!

"It's feeling vs. choice. Are you going to do what you feel like doing or are you going to choose to do the things you need to do to accomplish the goals that you have?"
Average players make an effort when they 'feel like it.'
Great players choose to make a relentless effort.

If they praise you, SHOW UP and DO THE WORK. If they criticize you, SHOW UP and DO THE WORK. If no one even notices you, just SHOW UP and DO THE WORK. Just keep showing up, doing the work, and leading the way.
