@CrawfordDorcas I never feel guilty using a disabled toilet due to the fact I have a stoma but the looks I get from some people when I walk out of one is shocking. Sometimes I’ve stopped and explained that I have a stoma #notalldisabilitiesarevisible
Fantastic news announced by @CrohnsColitisUK that @marksandspencer have rolled out 'Not Every Disability is Visible' signs in all their stores with accessible toilets across the country! https://t.co/FFlGfPkEdN
@DeborahAlsina@darylshields45@bowelcanceruk@CrawfordDorcas Over the last 18 months I have been humbled and amazed by the whole NHS system which, although clearly stretched to near breaking point in places, has provided world class treatment and wonderful support. Whatever the future holds my support for Bowel Cancer UK will be ongoing.
“THIS IS ME” In May 2018 I was diagnosed with bowel cancer. Two weeks ago I was told I was completely cancer free. Now I plan to share My story with you over the next few weeks. I hope to help break down the stigma associated with bowel cancer in N.I
