@AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi #RRBNTPC_VACANCY_INCREASE #TestbookIsWithStudents #Railway

Dear @AshwiniVaishnaw ji, please understand this genuine issue of Railway Students, they have waited for 5 long years yet the vacancy is too low, 23.7k less posts than in 2019.

"Dear @AshwiniVaishnaw Ji, frequent railway accidents are a concern. One reason is the shortage of employees leading to overtime and reduced efficiency, risking passenger safety. Please fill vacant seats and create new vacancies for a safer nation.

Total vacant Posts in Railways: Above 3 Lakhs
NTPC 2019 Vacancy: 35.2k
NTPC 2024 Vacancy: 11.5k
Railway Aspirants: In Crores

A student from the reserved category was admitted to the orthopaedic branch with a rank of 51,000. Will a student from the unreserved category be able to secure a spot with the same rank? No. I want to ask the average citizen: do you still believe that reservation is necessary for this country? Do you think an orthopaedic surgeon with a rank of 51,000 is qualified to operate on your body? I’m not suggesting that only unreserved doctors are the best; there are many reserved doctors who rank in the top 10,000 and are highly capable. It’s no surprise that this country is struggling—reservation is a significant reason for that.
