3rd class stb service I'm getting. I had paid for 6month package but not getting subscription for AltBalaji,jioSavan, jioCenema, youtube. I have call the customercare team several time and they saying they will sent technician with in 24 hrs- 1/3

But still today no technician visit yet. Every time they are saying I lounge a complain but when I call back next time I get to know that complain is closed. Mean, complain are closing without concern me. I give them my alternative number as well.-2/3

After a long conversation and long wait, my kyc is transferred, which is secondary, but my wallet money is not transferred to my bank account. I informed paytm but didn't get any reply. Kindly look at everyone what I'm facing.

@paytmbankcare Also, their customer care team behavior is very bad and insulted. They directly say to me that you didn't get your money now, keep waiting for 48 hours. Which was very rude, insulting, and harassing.
They mute my call without informing me, then disconnected my call.

@RBI, @Paytm is harassed me a lot. I transferred my money to paytm wallet for some reason now I want to transferred my money to my bank account but they are saying 1st I have to transfer my KYC then only I can transfer my. It take more thrn 8 day but they asking me for 48 more.

@paytmbankcare Why does it take longer than usual? I have a medical issue, and in my case, you take longer.

I suggest to everyone that doesn't use paytm. Use phonepe, Google pay, that are far better than paytm. Paytm is a froud application that stuck customers' money (1/2)

My money is in the paytm wallet and I'm not able to take it to my bank account, from last 10 days, I'm trying to get help from the toll-free number but they ask for 24 hours to call back and I didn't get the call back. All time the seniors are not available. CBM

@paytmbankcare I shared my bank details (passbook front page) with paytm this morning, and in the evening, one lady called me and told me it would take 48 houses to sent a sms then I have to call the mention number in the sms, then they process my money to my bank. Mean 48 hrs+today = 72 hrs.

This is a big lie, i cant trush paytm anymore. Every day, I called your customer care, and they told me I'll get a call back from their senior within 24 hours. And like this, 3×24 hours are gone, but I didn't get any call back. I have some medical emergency but now one is bother.
