Happy to present the poster, โDoes One Noise Fit All?Analyzing Utility in Transportation Mode-Based Anonymizationโ at #SmartComp2025! Explored privacy-utility tradeoffs in mobility data across transport modes. Thanks to co-authors Rahat Rafiq and Daniela Nicklas for the support!
Thrilled to be part of @IEEEPerCom for the 4th consecutive year! Presented our paper on balancing differential privacy & utility for mobility data in #TrustSense workshop. Also enjoyed sharing research insights in one of the tutorial. See you next year in Pisa, Italy.
Thank you @sandip2201 Sir and my lab @ubinetiitkgp for organising my farewell so beautifully. It was a great moment to celebrate this jointly with UbiSys lab led by Prof. Suchetana Chakraborty (IIT Jodhpur).
Post-COMSNETS joint dinner of UbiNet and UbiSys (IIT Jodhpur) research groups. There have been interesting collaborations in 2024 with multiple successes. Also, @das_jee is Dr. Debasree now, and we handed over the plaque to her. A moment to cherish the beginning of 2025.
Today marks the day to earn my Doctorate. Immensely grateful to my amazing supervisors Prof. @sandip2201 and Prof. @bivas_mitra, my lab mates @ubinetiitkgp and my family for their continuous support, wisdom and encouragement. Excited to finally add 'Dr.' before my name!
Congratulations Dr. @das_jee for successfully defending the PhD thesis today. Debasree worked on Contextual analysis of driving behavior for road safety applications, and have stellar publications at IEEE PerCom, IEEE MDM (Best paper honorable mention awards), and ACM MobileHCI.
DriveR was presented by Prof. Sandip Chakraborty (@sandip2201) at @ACMMobileHCI today. Here is the link of the paper for more information https://t.co/BdC2ux4iQ4
Presented DriveR @ACMMobileHCI today in Melbourne, interesting discussions around the work. Here is the video teaser of the paper if you have missed the talk: https://t.co/H7TU6dvtIY

Happy to share our work DriveR will be presented at #MobileHCI 2024, in Melbourne, Australia. DriveR generates a dynamic road safety map from different driving events. Here we present the first look of the work.
We'll be presenting DriveR at @ACMMobileHCI 2024, in Melbourne on Oct 2. DriveR generates a dynamic road safety map from pervasively sensing driving events and correlating them with situational contexts. Here is a teaser of the work: https://t.co/qrlhGAGeXN

(2/2) DriveR then uses this causal chain to infer the safety indications of road junctions and annotate it over the map in real time. Stay tuned for more details; we'll soon release the code and dataset for the platform.
Had an amazing experience attending @IEEEPerCom. From soaking up the luxurious surroundings in Biarritz, France to gaining insights and inspiration from the thought leaders is reenergizing and the best part of attending such a top tier conference in systems research
Just presented our work #ProCon at @IEEEPerCom. Apart from the rewarding experience, received insightful feedback engaging in thought-provoking discussions with other experts in the field. Looking forward to continuing to advance the latest trades in pervasive computing.
Have you ever started a little late for the airport by checking in Google Maps that the road was clear but then missed the flight due to some unexpected road congestion? Tune in @IEEEPerCom 2024 Session 5 next week at Biarritz for the talk by @das_jee: https://t.co/Ekwady6bbY
A senior leadership team, including Magnus Frodigh, VP and Head of @ericsson Research, Sweden, and others visited @ubinetiitkgp, and initiated a joint collaboration in the area of on-demand computing in 6G.
