Kyc form mail on 11/02/25 yet no activation! Only assurance! Card issued within a week but activation not even after 2 weeks. I am no the verge of discontinuing hdfc credit card after having membership after 16 years.

@HDFCBank_Cares not happy team. Card issued within a week while KYC updation does not happen soon. Shame on for such delayed response! post card issue there is no serious effort to help me with card activation! focused only to increase customer base not to retain the existing!

@HDFC_Bank frustrating that my regalia first card is not activated due to kyc pendency. Credit card is issued with ease but activation is painful process! Pls improve system for speedy action. neither confirming the acknowledgement of kyc form nor activating card to initiate deal

I approached for resolution but only reply approach to Assessing officer. Dept need to take a lot effort to change perception in service 😀
