Yesterday’s diya campaign was terribly rejected by the people of India. And rightly so!

People need answers on unemployment, job creation, paper leaks, education reforms, food adulteration, petrol adulteration, air pollution, corrupt judges, etc. Not be lighting diyas on a politician’s birthday like megalomaniacs! Not to forget, it was also an insult to Hinduism. No Hindu or any religious devotee of any faith for that matter should offer such sacred diyas and aartis to a human being, only to their god.

In the lust for eternal power, this government and its andhbhakts have attempted to immortalise a mere mortal. In other words, attempted to equate him to god.

ECI की संवैधानिक ज़िम्मेदारी जनादेश की रक्षा करना है - मगर उल्टा वो उन ताकतों की मदद कर रहा है, जो जनता के फैसले को ही पलट देते हैं।

यह लड़ाई सिर्फ़ ममता बनर्जी जी की नहीं है। यह हर राजनीतिक दल, हर मतदाता की लड़ाई है जो स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष चुनाव चाहता है।

मोदी सरकार ने चुपचाप UPI पर फ़ीस लगाने का रास्ता खोल दिया है।

अब ₹2,000 से ऊपर के merchant UPI लेन-देन पर MDR लगाया जा सकता है। इन ट्रांजैक्शंस की संख्या भले ही सिर्फ़ 5% हो, लेकिन UPI के कुल transaction value का करीब 65% इन्हीं में है।

सरकार कहती है कि ग्राहक से कोई फ़ीस नहीं ली जाएगी। लेकिन दुकानदार पर लगने वाली फ़ीस आखिर आएगी कहां से? कीमतों में जुड़कर ग्राहक की जेब से।

अमेरिकी payment कंपनियां लंबे समय से भारत की zero-MDR नीति का विरोध करती रही हैं। अब मोदी सरकार ने ठीक उसी दिशा में नीति बदलने का रास्ता खोल दिया है।

US Trade Deal की तरह ही, Compromised PM मोदी एक बार फिर अमेरिकी दबाव के सामने surrender कर रहे हैं।
