There is absolutely no one I credit more with the career I had than Jeff Stoutland. The consistent passion and his eagerness to teach pushed my teammates, me, and our room to amazing success. More importantly, we became incredibly close as people. It was more than just coaching and teaching, it was his presence and sense of urgency that was unaccepting of mediocrity and potential left behind. He will undoubtedly be missed inside the building, and everyone that played for him. I am incredible grateful to have played for Stout, 1 of 1 coach and person. I love you coach.
Just coming up for air — It's hard to view this as anything other than a major loss for the Eagles. Stoutland is one of the best coaches in his organization's history. He's lasted through 3 coaches and multiple schemes.
He's developed All-Pros. He's the only coach Lane Johnson and Jordan Mailata have ever had. He championed for Jason Kelce in the building when few others did. He helped players such as Brandon Brooks and Evan Mathis reach greater heights than other points in their career. He's overseen succession plans at multiple spots.
Everybody comes and goes in the NFL. They're all renting space. But the Eagles will miss Jeff Stoutland.
I know people love to take shots in today’s social media world, but Tom Brady is just great analyzing the game. Just great. If you’re not learning football listening to him, then you are not paying attention.
Howie and Lurie have to step in to try to save this season.
Kevin Patullo has to be fired this weekend. It just has to be done at this point.
They don't play for another 10 days, so this is your best chance. Let Scott Loeffler call plays going forward.
Jennifer Lawrence says #OneBattleAfterAnother is "one of the best movies I've ever seen."
“I can’t remember a time where I ever had an experience like that in the cinema, and it was shared. When it was over, everyone applauded. I just kept thanking my husband over and over and over again because he had booked the tickets, like two weeks in advance, and I just couldn’t say anything else other than just like, thank you for that experience... You have to see it in theaters. I think it’s an impossible pace to uphold. There’s not an extra minute in it, at no point does it drag. [Paul Thomas Anderson] has so many characters inside of him, and they’re all so visceral. It’s so alive and you’re in it. Every character, you are, you know them and you see them.”
