There is a flood of misinformation about Sharmistha’s case. Let us be clear:

🔴 She has NOT been released.
🔴 She is NOT out on bail.
🔴 She is NOT free.

This is not the time for rumors—this is the time for truth and action.

Verified Facts Below:

🔹 Judicial Custody Ordered

Sharmistha has been sent to jail, not held in a police station. She will remain imprisoned for at least the next few days as legal proceedings continue.

🔹 Police Custody Denied

The court refused to allow further police interrogation. One small win - but she is still behind bars.

🔹 Bail Application DENIED

Her legal team fought for her release and the judge said no. She stays locked up for “offending” a religious group.

🔹 Request to Club FIRs Pending

Her lawyers asked the court to consolidate all existing and potential FIRs into one legal case. The judge has said they’ll review the request -but hasn’t ruled yet.

🔹 FIVE FIRs Filed Against Her

Every one of them accuses her of “hurting Muslim sentiments.” Her real “crime”? Criticizing Pakistani terrorism and refusing to bend to Islamic blasphemy laws. You can not longer be a proud Hindu in India!
