@BadgedPatriot I'm old enough to remember people screaming for cops to wear cameras and now they want to get rid of cops and now flock cameras. Seems to me that there are alot of people who don't want the consequences of their actions.

@PNWConservative @chrisreykdal I didn't hear the whole thing on the news but somewhere there is a couple that decided to homeschool their children and they were in court because they didn't include trans or choosing gender as part of what they were teaching their kids. Crazy!

@BadgedPatriot At 13, spanking is harder but all the other suggestions I would have used. I too hated grounding my kid, but he hated it more than I did so it worked better with him when he was older. I would have done anything you suggested before sending my kid to detention. Crazy!

@Roller9051 @BadgedPatriot I looked it up in my state when my son was preteen, he kept using the abuse threat with me. It was at that time, I couldn't hit him with a closed fist, a bat, or heavy object let alone a knife or gun. As long as it didn't cause bruises I could use it. That shut him up quickly

@OldVetvp Food delivery came in at the right time for covid and I did use them during that time, however the prices have gone way up since then and I haven't used the service since. Easier and cheaper to just go out and get it myself.

@BadgedPatriot I have always told my son and nephews and any boy, to never trust what a woman says her age is. You will need to have actual proof from her parents and see a birth certificate.

@WallStreetApes Washington has had that law for 20 years for the medical care and mental health care. They could refuse all of that and the only thing parents could do was drive them to OR hospitals. Glad my son is grown now, i don't know what I would do.

@jh1965jh @wrzwaldo1 @WifeOfCloud Right?! I was thinking it was about 6-7 hour drive from Spokane. 3 1/2 to Ellensburg then another 2 1/2 to Seatac. And that's if no traffic issues. Gas is over $6 a gallon in the Seattle area too.
