@sanjivrbajaj tdy I rcvd a call to update my kyc else I will be charged penalty. Since last month I hv seen a tab in you app asking for kyc updation but it doesn't work. I hv moved from Ggn to Blr. Your team is asking me to send docs through WhatsApp. They dont hv mail. Pls sgst.

@KolPostalRegion @IndiaPostOffice went to the vivekananda palli post office, under baruipur PO in maheshtala to close my dad's SB account. However was denied by the rude Post Master since he did not have the amount. By mistake my dad kept the pass book there itself. 1/n
