I have been hearing the same assurances for days while receiving no actual update.
If the matter is being thoroughly reviewed, why has no one from the concerned technical team contacted me with a timeline, findings, or resolution?
Bought my dream bike, a TVS Apache RTR 160 4V TFT.
Instead of enjoying a brand-new motorcycle, I've spent more time at the service center than on the road.
This is my experience with TVS so far.

Now I am being told that the issue may be related to the ECU and further testing is required.
How many components of a brand-new motorcycle need to be opened, tested, replaced, and re-tested before the actual root cause is identified?
@TVSApacheSeries@tvsmotorcompany
The service center tested the motorcycle for days, opened the clutch assembly, replaced the gear sensor, and informed me that the issue had been fixed.
I was even asked to close the complaint.
The same issue then reappeared immediately in front of service cente

The issue occurred again. I provided video proof for a second time and was again told that the issue was resolved.
When the problem persisted, my bike was retained at the service center for further diagnosis and testing.

You're still not getting let me summarise experience again.
I purchased a brand-new TVS Apache RTR 160 4V expecting reliability, not repeated workshop visits.
I reported the issue and provided video proof. I was informed that the issue had been resolved.
@tvsmotorcompany@consumerforum_@BikeWale@PowerDrift@TVSApacheSeries I do not understand why I am expected to continue waiting for further inspections when the issue remains unresolved after several repair attempts. A new vehicle should not require this level of intervention to function correctly.
@tvsmotorcompany@consumerforum_@BikeWale@PowerDrift@TVSApacheSeries Thank you for the response.
However, this issue has already been reported multiple times. My brand-new motorcycle has been retained by the service center on multiple occasions, subjected to repeated diagnosis, testing, and part replacement, yet the defect persists.
If a senior engineer's inspection was required, why was my bike opened and parts replaced before identifying the root cause? I have lost confidence in this motorcycle and request immediate intervention from TVS. Video proof attached. @tvsmotorcompany#TVSApach#RTR1604V
Within minutes, the same issue appeared again right in front of the service center staff. Now I am being told that a TVS service engineer will inspect the bike.
