Do you know what the "non-compliance" issues were in 2019? An eagle on an atomizer, a face faded into the background of a product package. None of which were made clear prior to that. It wasn't willful non-compliance by industry, it was a purposeful blitz by Health Canada.

Vaping was NOT illegal to be sold prior to 2018. Health Canada simply created a framework for vaping at that time which regulated the products officially. Another dishonest, cherry-picked point that shows favorably to Big-Tobacco-owned brands only. (I)
