@_saylessbr0@OccisorKhan The first step is learning, and subsequently, your skills will naturally attract the people you want to work for or build with.
You are right sir. She committed an offence starting with being a prostitute and having the intention to infect another person. However, those boys messed up by taking the law into their own hands. They should have reported her to the police and let the law take its cause. Instead, because of their barbaric nature they assaulted her, inflicted pain on her and shared her nudes online to embarrass and shame her. That behavior alone changed the dynamic of the entire situation . As I said earlier, both case will now be treated differently.
He is right, though. As citizens, we have every right to criticize the government if they are doing the exact opposite of what they promised the people during their campaigns. However, we must also set a limit by recognizing that there is a difference between Nigeria and the Nigerian government. You can condemn the government officials but not the country itself, because it has provided us with everything we need to survive, including fertile soil, water, land and natural resources.
@Amaoosa_01@DanielofTruth Sir, the Nigerian police merely arrested the assailant for assaulting the girl, perhaps because of the complaint they received online. Secondly, there is no evidence demonstrating that she is involved in prostitution. Even that were the case, it would be treated differently.
@SeptembaVeryOwn@VERITY_HQ You may be right, but your perspective on the system working against us may not be absolute. I believe you are only speaking from your own worldview.
@Zamani_WLK You are indeed right, because sometimes when I come across ragebait tweets against Yoruba culture and custom, I do my utmost not to get triggered.
What are your thoughts on this philosophical view?According to Friedrich Nietzsche, he argues that the concept of binary is an illusion. For instance; Good and Evil or True and false. He argues that just because the society agrees that a particular thing is false or evil does not means it is absolute. Instead, we should individually examine to see if there is anything more beneficial than the general assumption. For example: if you lie to someone for a greater good, the lie itself carries negative values judgement, but Nietzsche claimed that deception is sometimes necessary to keep society in order.
From my own personal experience, I can confirm that there are several government schools (primary and Secondary) in Lagos with good infrastructure. While they may not be perfect, but they are conducive to study. Furthermore, Iโm not disputing the fact that some of this infrastructure is mediocre, but Lagos state is still far ahead other states regarding investing in education.
Both of you made valid points, but you are speaking from different perspectives. Yoruba culture gives individuals the freedom to practice the religion of their choice. Furthermore, when politicians practice more than one religion, itโs mostly a performative and political move to please the people who voted for them.
No official has distinguished themselves within the current administration. Furthermore, it is fundamentally improper for an individual to occupy a sensitive and essential office, such as NAFDAC for over eight years. Leadership in such office should be rotated, extending a tenure beyond 8 years will definitely give room for corruption, an incumbent may comprise their integrity to retain power. Consequently, the current proliferation of counterfeit beverages is a clear manisfestation of incompetent leadership within NAFDAC.
@instablog9ja Oh, he is so generous, this was his way of expressing his humility to the society. However, we would appreciate it even more if he could make the petrol price more affordable than the new price he set.
