@HowardRoark90 @Andy_McQuade @FingerootB @rohde88 I think intuitively what RBRE is saying is accurate but in development deals I believe most groups take “anticipated, untrended NOI/totalproject (development) costs” ; the denominator is simply the total Dev budget which would include costs of financing during dev. Just my take
