Job discrimination against Scheduled Caste CCAA in ICF has persisted since 1998 in Tamil Nadu.
Leaders L.Murugan and K.Annamalai have acknowledged the issue.
If it’s accepted,why is there still no action?

Before implementing a newpolicy, shouldn’t we firstask why Before Skill IndiaCCAA wasignored under RBE No.136/2004?
Why isthe ICF&SRCCAA notabsorbed inRailways from the1998 batch whenboth GMs had power?
CR&NWR CCAAabsorbed till2020 & 2023 afternew policy?

Why was the ICF&SR CCAA From 1998 batch not absorbed in Railways when both GMs had powers under RBE No.136/2004 until 2016?
After a new policy in 2017, how did CR & NWR continue CCAA direct recruitment in 2020 & 2023?

We demand a Special Drive Quota for ICF & SR CCAA from 1998 as directed in the National Commission case. CCAA in other Zones were absorbed under RBE 136/2004 (till 2016 & 2023). If justice fails, it’s not the Constitution���it’s human neglect.
