@tumitravel a bag purchased 2 years bag has leather chips coming out and according to showroom it’s not their responsibility and can’t be repaired…is this what value @tumitravel has for it’s customer. Can I request some focus on this?

@help_delhivery We already reached out to them and were told to reach out to @delhivery team. Also we booked the consignment under Delhivery and not with vendor. Suggest settling at your end or co-ordinate with them and do not penalise us @SahilBarua

@IndiGo6E PNR R3BNPZ . We were to take journey from Pune to Darbhanga by SpiceJet and back to Pune by Indigo. However SpiceJet cancelled and we couldn’t travel. Obviously we will not return. Please suggest how to get the refund for return travel as it’s not our fault. Thanks
