@limebike @dcmayorsoffice Only in DC do they want you to ride in the street at 13mph not to mention bike lanes that end on a hill leading directly into 30mph traffic! Yet DC SLOWS the bikes down! By law the bikes should be required to do 20mph which is the speed limit on roads
