I went from falling in love with the Spurs to being completely disgusted by them in a span of a few weeks. 😂😂😂
How many times can you throw up all over yourself?
@Hadachek23@chris9lives@BenjaminSolak Caleb Williams and Bo Nix are the only ones that haven't. Literally everyone else has had elite stretches of play for several games
“We had 50 players in the draft this year that were over 25-years-old competing against 17 and 18-year-olds...” - Nick Saban
Why’s that important? Well… here’s Will Anderson Jr. at 17-18 years old (left) versus Will Anderson Jr. at 25 years old (right) 😂
@EaglesXsandOs@StevePalazzolo_ As someone who goes out of his way to look at PFF pressures and compares it to film, I think you have to be using some fringe examples of applied pressures not matching with the rusher effecting the QB. That's definitely not the norm
Total pressures over the last 2 years among edge rushers:
Myles Garrett 166
Josh Hines Allen 158
Jared Verse 156 (in his first 2 seasons in the NFL).
Again, Verse isn't Garrett, but let's not act like he's some scrub.
Sometimes you think the level of football discourse is light-years beyond where it was a decade or more ago.
Then you see a whole bunch of people are still of the opinion that a guy with 12 sacks in 2 years is simply an unproductive pass rusher.
In the year of our lord, 2026.
so many words when all that’s happening is a majority of the PS players that can read a scout team card just can’t handle a weekly gameplan or post-snap movement lol
@sltitan116@BrettKollmann It's hilarious when casual fans like you pretend to know what they're talking about without oating attention. Abdul Carter had one of the best rookie seasons a passrusher has had this century.
This is not even remotely true. Steichen built the 2023 colts offense around Richardson’s ability as a deep ball thrower, RPOs, and his rushing ability. Then pivoted to almost all empty and RPOs for Minshew.
Came back in 2024 with even more college stuff for Richardson to use
The thing most fans don’t get is that there are legit levels to watching and understanding basketball, which is why most good statistical analysts and most good film analysts tend to agree with each other on most things. But the casual fan is just woefully overrating their own abilities, as usual. Just Dunning-Krueger effect
I don’t know definition & if the exact numbers are accurate for what I might call a “Big Time Throw”, BUT if you watched all the tape last year you would know Stafford made more than anyone & why I thought he was hands down the MVP!
