@MECA_TNS We found that #GBV prevention requires context-specific analysis front-n-centre. General theories about drivers of violence can mislead; better to analyse community-specific responses to GBV and build out from that. Loads of tools for this in the framework. Hope it helps!

Ebola shows we need 2 build better evaluation systems AND ask what is holding us back from learning lessons. Answer might be about decision-making systems as much as evidence generation.
