Interesting with first 11, I usually give minutes off the bench. Would be interesting to see if there is a significant difference when starting them.

I care more about cost per graduate now.

How much time and money does it actually take before an academy player:
– debuts
– gets real minutes

So far my academy ROI is -78,11%. No La Masia here 😅

I’ve tried to look to other than individual attributes and focus on:
– debuts
– minutes
– contribution
-cost pr graduate

FM is way more interesting when you stop shortcutting.

I decided play academy-first:
– Fewer transfers
– Players stay longer
– Debuts actually matter

I built a lightweight FM toolkit to track it properly.
Using it in my save now.
