@cowbroker @NevinLawrence Highway 2 now has Verizon cell coverage just about the entire drive from Broken Bow to Alliance. Only 1-2 short patches of no coverage. ~5miles around Antioch and maybe a spot east of Whitman. It used to be blackout unless you were in a town (which wasn’t all bad)

For what it’s worth, I got at least 10 months out of “low fuel pump pressure” before it quit me in the field this spring.

@LEAADFarms Toured a pumpkin farm in Texas about 20 years ago. At that time he had $6-$7k in input costs under center pivots. The planter was the only machine driven in the field. Everything else aerial applied and 100% hand harvested.
Think he was grossing ~$12-$15k
