I wish more people posted their random thoughts on here instead of making every tweet ✨valuable✨
Don't get me wrong I love the educational threads y'all are bringing but let's balance them with a little chaos. I'm here for your inner monologues & overheard convos & memes too.
I keep waking up with bad anxiety about working, and then I remember I left my healthcare field and now work from home as a software developer 👩🏽💻. I’m so grateful that I have supervisors that believe in me and offer challenging tasks so I keep growing!! #webdev#womenintech
@ChrisArter Congrats!! I was about to tweet about feeling discouraged about having my own space in the future, but this give me hope of becoming a homeowner in the future lol!

@Xhynk It’s somewhat comforting to know that this feeling doesn’t go away 😅! I guess that’s the beauty of this industry, we always keep learning from our errors lol
I get so embarrassed when I create bugs on a feature I worked on. No matter how much testing I think I’ve made, there’s always something and I feel like I’ve failed every time 🙃. I know it’s normal, but I’m almost 6 months into this job and I’m still struggling #dev#rant#SE
@sandaiiyahh You got this!! Remember that even rejections are learning experiences because you got a “practice interview” for free lol! You’ve got a great attitude and any company would be lucky to have you, so don’t feel discouraged!
How do you make sure you keep learning once you have a job as a developer? I’m reaching 2 months and although I learn something new everyday, I feel like I’m forgetting things I learned in my bootcamp :/ #dev#codingnewbie#100DaysOfCode#help
@sandaiiyahh Thank you!! I was feeling oddly panicky this weekend. This weekend was purely relaxation and after months of studying and working on weekends, it felt wrong lol! But you’re right, I want to keep up my backend skills so I’ll prob start a project :,-)
"Can you make it pop?" You've likely heard this before. But what exactly makes something "pop"?
Layout? Not always. Animations? Eh, maybe. In both situations, you may need to sacrifice usability for creativity.
So what makes a design pop but doesn't always hinder the UX?

Aaa! It’s so exciting to see my contributions being reflected on the updated version of the app I’m working on!!! My first month was a success!! And I love learning while at my job, I’m living in my dreams! #reactnative#100DaysOfCode#womenintech#newbiedev
Had a pretty frustrating week of trying to run an android emulator on my M1 Mac, and I haven’t been able to get the project to run on Xcode, only through CLI. And when it does, it takes 30 mins+ to get the metro server to build the app on the iPhone simulator 😭😭#M1#xcode#dev
So much has happened!! I was able to find work as a React Native software developer for a startup within one week of graduating my bootcamp course, and I’m already on my third week of living the life I had dreamt of!! I am so happy and grateful 🎊🎉🍾
