@Real_JSN The thing that will consume most of your time needlessly is the level-up process. Don't be afraid to use character/class guides to make it much faster and spend more time doing the fun stuff.
After much waiting, I bring you The Bordello: Calarel. This time our story follows a drow with a lot to show - and even more to prove.
Calarel - @KassioppiaVA
Rose - @BordeauxBlackVA
Darcey - @bakusatsuho
Fluid Sim - @MMorfium
Modeling and Costume Design - @_Axel_Black_
@Vintem_art I thought I read in an interview that supposedly both endings will still be canon - but this was not elaborated on. Perhaps with the Empress ending, she eventually abdicated the throne and became a Witcher decades later in the north, where she wouldn't be recognized as Empress.
@Buru_standin@Real_JSN Gotta keep in mind that Geralt from the Witcher 3 trailers also looks completely different from the model in-game. There's just been too many cases in a lot of games where trailer cinematics are not reflective of the in-game models.
@JrrNot@AwesomeFox099@TenguRey The game seems to be going for a more "Spaghetti Western" feeling, with the character being a outlaw/vigilante, so I imagine she will kind of be a neutral "gunslinger", but sympathetic to the Ainu cause (like a noble cowboy sympathetic to subjugated Native American tribes).
@fuyafuyu So much media gets caught in a loop of continuing a story just because the characters are popular, and in the process, ruining those characters.
He went through a FULL character arc over the game, he now accepts that he must exist outside of society and do what others will not.
@leetTRON It's not that they can't come up with something better - they already KNOW that humans will eventually help them in the future if they learn the language. It's like predetermination/destiny.
@NecroKuma3@fuyafuyu Just looked into it, and apparently DQ3 had the option to have a Female Hero ever since the SNES rerelease...
So it's not even a new change.
@NecroKuma3@fuyafuyu As an example, the canon MC of Fallout 1 is a male (referred to as such by a relative in FO2), even though you can play as male or female. The game even had presets with specific backstories.
@NecroKuma3@fuyafuyu They could just say:
Male hero is canon to the rest of the franchise
Female hero is non-canon to the rest of the franchise
It really doesn't change anything. Such a non-issue.
@c45789542 @NorthernIion_LP@Timboslyce53 It's 100% not NL in that pic, but it's definitely still a contender for this thing and maybe they mistook it for NL.
