@optimum so y’all decided to audit the system a few days ago. I get notified there is a outage. Only thing there was no outage it was a automated thing since my modem went off line. They lumped me a paying customer in with people who were stealing services! Now y’all want me to wait until Tuesday to fix it. I have to wait an additional 4 days. Today makes day 3 no internet. This is how y’all do paying customers. Mind you the only paying customer out of these lines they cut off the termination of my line but let the thieves keep theirs! @starlink I’d rather pay for your services!
