We are deeply disappointed by the preliminary injunction and firmly disagree with the Court's interpretation of the laws governing Colosseum.

Dateline invested in Colosseum in reliance on the longstanding approved Plan of Operations and the April 2025 confirmation of that approval. We will comply fully with the order, but we intend to vigorously pursue every available legal avenue to vindicate our rights.

The U.S. Federal Government, through the Department of Justice, has also defended the approvals on which Dateline relied. Our engagement with the federal government throughout these proceedings has been constructive and productive.

Importantly, this is not a final judgment on NPCA's claims.

The Court did not decide whether the BLM Plan expired or whether CRM's work falls within its scope, and it stated that mining may resume once CRM and NPS comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

In the meantime, our priorities are clear: protecting Colosseum, maintaining a disciplined approach to capital, and preserving the technical readiness required for an efficient restart.
