@TrainOfThotz @Dateline_DTR That, I believe, is an argument for the stay that she must be asking herself when making a determination. If a stay is not granted allowing @Dateline_DTR $DTREF $DTR to continue the other 60% of its drilling campaign, how is it possible to prove its contents?

Interestingly, Michael Straub, defense for Dateline, raised the point of a bond issuance for the entirety of case dating back to tentative injunction in the event stay is denied (if I heard that correctly). That was obviously objected by plaintiffs, however I found that very interesting….and may have played a part in a more subdued opposition by NPCA to a stay being granted. What was everyone’s thoughts on that aspect? I’m not a legal mind, so I probably misconstrued that.
