Outage: Some customer websites experienced an unexpected outage on Thursday, October 27, 2022 between 4:25-4:54am US/Central. The affected server stopped responding and was automatically restarted. We will be closely monitoring the affected server today.

*OUTAGE* Some customer websites experienced an unexpected outage related to overnight hosting server OS upgrades. The issue was resolved around 6:30am US/Central. We are investigating the cause and will be closely monitoring the affected sites today.

*MAINT* Hosting server OS upgrades may cause brief (5-15 minute) website or email outages during 4-hour maintenance windows beginning on Tue Nov 23 10pm and Wed Nov 24 10pm US/Central. Any unexpected or extended outages will be posted here.

Some of our web hosting customers may have experienced slow website response times earlier this evening. We are aware of the issue and seem to have resolved the situation. We will continue monitoring the situation.

Customers using @TheEmailLaundry email filtering are being upgraded to @HornetSecurity email filtering.

Our customers can safely disregard the email titled "The Email Laundry Service Upgrade: Please change your MX records settings". We are applying these changes on your behalf.

Please contact us if you are unable to receive legitimate emails. Email filtering provider reports that the issue has been resolved as of 1:47 p.m. (US Central). They had to make a manual adjustment to a server that was still rejecting emails after their initial fix this morning.

We are investigating an issue with our spam filtering service #EmailLaundry that is causing many legitimate emails to be blocked this morning.
