How to spot a narcissist (or anyone who is not safe):
Talk about how you feel.
If they deny your reality, reject how you feel, or blame you for having emotions—you now have awareness.
Safe people can cope with uncomfortable emotions and situations.
I think when you’re transitioning from being a people pleaser into someone with more boundaries it can feel so weird – it's hard to tell if you’re being mean or if you’re actually just respecting your own feelings, because you’re so used to putting other people's feelings first.
I feel liberated about the notion that I am acting according to my own truth, that I have conviction in my choices, and that these little things continue to inspire and kindle whatever spark I have left in me.
Hindi naman ako siguro detached sa reality for you to think that the things that I write about (i.e. translation and/or adaptation, which btw is literally part of my current job) in our scripts would affect me to the point that you think I'm going mad.
Gaslighter behavior yarn?
That I actually find fulfillment and a rush of dopamine every time I work on a new show, or every time I finish writing a script, or every time I get paid (even for so little, for short projects for example). You don't know how this feels like.

Cheetah and Labrador Retriever
While this relationship may look abnormal and potentially dangerous, the Columbus Zoo introduced a puppy in an effort to calm down one of their rescued cheetahs. The cheetah naturally experienced high stress, and it has found that the companionship with this Lab has not only helped it calm down, but thrive
