I really tore something in my left knee now that my right is finally recovered and I was getting back to enjoying real activities 😭😭 I’m not okay

Today I fell while playing tennis and learned two things. 1. how to trust my right knee after surgery. that baby held me dowwwn and 2. my left knee is now the weakest link. why she popped and now I can’t walk again 😩😩😂😂

Portland closed their warming shelters because the weather no longer meet the requirements. That being 25° & below or an inch at least of snow. It is 31°, we are still getting freezing rain, it is impossible to walk anywhere with the inches of ice on the ground. 😤😤

I had a second surgery because my leg got stiff. A few days before I fell and my leg bent allll the way. Post surgery my surgeon says I don’t think scar tissue was your issue for flexion, we didn’t have to clean any out. hellooo because I broke through all of it myself 😭😂😫
