3. Patience, Perseverance and Persistence - When it comes to payment:
Listen, no one will hand you a PhD in patience and persistence in this game. Always plan cash reserves longer than budgeted. The construction world isn't a sprint; it's a marathon.

Moral of the story is :

Don't be discouraged when you see others receive answers to their prayers before you.

Don't compare your journey to others.

If you haven't received your blessings yet, hold on.

Your time will come, and when it does, it will be worth the wait.

Once upon a time, a turtle and a rabbit became pregnant at the same time.

(I know the pictures don’t match the story but trust me you will get it… lol)

Three months later, the rabbit gave birth to a litter (max 14) of bunnies.

I only give birth once in a while, but when I do, it's worth the wait.

My baby may not be fast like your bunnies, but it's steady and strong.

It will outlive us all and leave a legacy for generations to come."

The service failed basic requirements, leading to buyer's remorse. Communication with the case manager was ineffective. After multiple unresolved issues, a refund was requested. Eventually, IT resolved the problems, and the company went above and beyond with a thoughtful gesture.
