I’ve been eating wholefoods religiously for the last months now.
High protein, incorporating fibre, tracking my calorie intake, avoiding sugar and ultra processed foods.
I can’t even start to explain how miserable this lifestyle is. Life is too short to continue this rubbish.
you can literally wake up one day and be like “actually, fuck everything ab my past and the self-sabotaging identity i had” and decide to live an entirely new life and be someone who always fucking wins. it doesn’t take a feeling or breakthrough moment or epiphany. only a decision.
I fell in love with this verse:
“I will be your God throughout your lifetime— until your hair is white with age. I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you.”
Isaiah 46:4 NLT
this wonderfools had something going for them in the beginning... but what sort of disorganised and disappointing storytelling towards the ending is this? I can't even bring myself to finish it. did they hand the script to an intern AI bot to finish for them?
One thing I’ve learned is that God will never ask you to release something without already knowing how He plans to provide what comes next. Sometimes letting go feels painful. It might be a relationship, a friendship, a habit, a comfort zone, or a season of life you never wanted to leave behind. But if God is asking you to release it, trust that He sees something you cannot.
God doesn’t remove things from your life just to leave you empty-handed. He removes what is no longer serving His purpose for you so He can make room for something better something healthier, more aligned, and that brings peace instead of confusion.
So if God has been telling you to let go of something lately, trust Him. What He has waiting for you will always be greater than what you had to leave behind.

@OIuwatosin Patterns don't lie, but people do. If someone has a history of leaving a trail of misunderstandings and broken bridges, you aren't the exception, you're just the next project.
