Read books, complete courses on Udemy, Coursera, EDX or Udacity, build non-trivial side projects, get more experienced people to review your work, update your CV, and apply for jobs.
Visibility will help you in the later stage of your career. The whole point of being visible is to SHOW what you have. If you have nothing or even worse mediocre projects, then visibility works against you. Visibility is useless if you still have to apply to open positions instead of getting headhunted.

It takes a lot of hard work to get there.
Posting on LinkedIn, X or presenting as a 'Thought Leader' won’t makelt happen.
