@BarclaysUKHelp Thank you. After waiting a total of 8 hours on 4 different days abd then waiting 1.45 hours on Web chat I was lucky enough to speak to an agent and sort my mortgage. What amazed me was I wasn't been told how many people in front of me or indeed if the lines were still open.

So received an email telling me mortgage fixed rate expires in January 23. Rang Barclays for past 3 days waiting over 1.5 then 2.5 hours today and phone not picked up. How do you sort it out. 😡
