@DTDCIndia I got SMS saying some package was delivered to me at 9:02 pm today, but I haven't received it. Should I consider ignore SMS as 'sent wrongly to me' or worry about undelivered item which is being reported as delivered. BTW, link in your SMS is useless to report this.
@HathwayBrdband please shutdown DIVA chatbot immediately! Its bad design make me wonder if it was even tested. It closes the chat even when problem is not solved! Your agents are never available to connect , except when the plan is due for renewal! Is this all intentional?

@BankofIndia_IN congratulations on launch of new Internet site. While it's better than the old site, it doesn't allow to open FDs in joint name though source account is jointly held. This was possible in previous site. Any plans to fix this? And how soon?
