@HawaiianAir It’s been one week since you reversed miles out of my account. Your useless customer service team keeps telling me my miles will return after 24-48 hours. The miles were used to book a flight and that was cancelled because it wasn’t confirmed. Please explain..

WOW @HawaiianAir. after delaying our bags and infant car seat on our trip last week, you're stating that NONE of the items we purchased for our infant will not be reimbursed because he wasn't a paying passenger? He's only 15 months!!! with the delayed bags, we had NOTHING for him
