Has anyone experienced similar negligence from Solflare support? And has anyone successfully pursued this further โ legally or otherwise?
When I reported this and provided all screenshots, Solflare support told me their agent "acted correctly." This directly contradicts the agent's own apology.
As a direct result of following his instructions, an unintended transaction was executed
- and within minutes, all my SOL was gone.
After the damage was done, the agent himself admitted the mistake:
On ioS, tapping an NFT triggers completely different actions than what the agent described.
agent gave me desktop-based instructions while I was clearly on an iOS device. He did not verify my platform before giving instructions.
I had a spam NFT appear in my wallet. I contacted Solflare support via their chat. The support agent (Enmanuel) instructed me to tap the NFT and use the delete/burn function. The problem? I was on iOs. On desktop, hovering over an NFT shows different options than on mobile.
