Wise took 5 days to tell me they don't know when they will complete my transfer. Then when I cancelled it's been 11 days and they still don't know when I will get my refund. "We'll get back to you soon" is not an acceptable answer. #transferwise#sendmoney#currencyexchange@Wise
@Wise Thanks but I already spent more than half an hour with your "senior support" and even more trying to decipher your app's cryptic messages. Not how I'd run my business if it was mine.
How to lose a customer in 3 steps. Lesson taught by @Wise 1) When the customer makes a transfer tell them specific date and time when the recipient will get the money...
3) Get your support agent to tell the customer that they need to run checks but have no idea if they have all the information and they will maybe know in 2 days. And can't provide an ETA. Then when the customer asks for a refund tell them they don't have an ETA for that either
2) On day when the transfer is supposed to be received, remove every reference to an ETA from the app with no explanation of when / if ever the recipient will get the money...
MacBook Pro touch bar going away in 2021. The best feature for Mac, assuming it's happening. I guess you could call this "innovation". This "feature", together with removing the butterfly keyboard might encourage me to upgrade to the new Mac #macbook

@TransferWise After the 3rd attempt I was finally able to make the transfer. The other 2 transfers failed and @TransferWise refunded the wrong account. Your web site stated that your office is closed hence why I didn’t call. You guys are a complete mess... and I’m trusting you with my money 😱
