There's nothing I despise more than liars.
I hate them not only for lying but the damage they cause with lies. A liar would make you look like the liar to the world, and to majority, that image never leaves you because they only spread the lie. Even if they acknowledge the lie, they never undo the perception.
I hate them more because I don't know how to lie. God gave me the courage over words an actions. I don't care how people feel towards what I did or said. I say it as is with my chest and I expect that everybody deals with it. Perhaps liars aren't brave enough to stand by the truth. Once I find out a person is a habitual liar especially just so they look good, I cut off all access they have to me because if I don't, it means I'll be dealing with a liar while I lack the mechanisms to deal with them.
It's more of a fear even. I fear such people.
Underrated life advice: Increase your recovery speed. You can't avoid failures. You will get rejected. Make bad decisions. Lose money. Embarrass yourself. Whatever. Just learn to reset faster. Shrink the window between fall and recovery. Master the art of the fresh start.

You can't hate supporting extended family, but you donate to charity. It does not make sense. Same way as those who tip at Restaurants but at Kapana they are negotiating for a discount in the name of tula po nee uunghene...

Some days you meet expectations. Some days you fall short. That’s the reality of life.
Unemployment is one of the worst things you could ever experience in your life. It’s embarrassing and dehumanising. I don’t even want to talk about waking up hoping that it’s going to be a different day or being ghosted by recruiters or people calling your reality an ick 😂.
One of the best pieces of advice I ever got: If you want a calmer life, you need to address small problems while they’re still small. The cost of dealing with an issue rarely gets cheaper with time. Procrastination turns uncomfortable things into unavoidable things.
When walking along Independence Avenue, around Avani & CoW, please be aware of your surroundings. Especially ladies with handbags. The street kids & those selling the wooden spoons, are grabbing handbags & pick pocketing as they pretend to ask for money.
And entire semester and NSFAF hasn't processed some students non-tuition fees. This is not fair, the financial burden on guardians who are not well off is a lot. Cc Dr. @ngurare.
I know they went through a transition but let's try. Student welfare is important.
Every Giant falls asleep on the same bed that’s the audacity of comfort. Every monopoly thinks they're a necessity until the hungry kid across the street builds a better mousetrap. Then suddenly it's “unfair competition” and “regulate them.” The market doesn't care about your legacy. It cares about convenience.
