@JohnGlenUK The reality for most is that inflation has not dropped as much for most. Food prices have not dropped and interest rates have increased causing housing to cost more. Most households are experiencing inflation at much higher than 7.9% food and housing are essentials.

@virginmedia Cannot even follow OFCOMS rules on complaint handling. Complained about loss of service for over a week, failed engineer attendance, failed manager call backs and over 10 outs in queues to staff without tools to do their job. Offered a measly £20 compensation

@virginmedia It was originally an area fault and my property was the only one remaining without service. They then made the appointment for Friday and latterly replaced it with Tuesday. There are no sooner slots available - really poor show. Why is it that VM managers hide from customers
@virginmedia Why have VM given up on Customer Service ? No service for over two days, spent hours on phone - no correct digital updates, 4 failed promises, engineer appt for Fri now next Tue. Staff Rude - no call back from Manager as promised. VM Customer Service Pants !
@virginmedia My advice to everyone is that there are lots of providers out there. Infortunately Virgin Media are no longer able to support their products.
@virginmedia I did and they refused. The managers at Virgin Media are clearly all metophorucally hiding under their desks. NO ONE there takes ownership of an issue. They are now losing a customer of 13 years.
@virginmedia My contract came to an end today. For almost the last 3 days of it - NO SERVICE - followed by NO CREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I made a BIG mistake signing up to a renewal just over two weeks ago
