Walking on a treadmill *at an incline* burns more fat. This is because it grows your leg muscles which are most of the muscles in your body-therefore increasing total energy expenditure requirements (including resting). Running doesn’t really grow legs that much, it’s mainly a core exercise.

@flrkcal I can’t imagine not having something to look forward to at the end of the day. Also you don’t have to feel full and bloated all day if you OMAD dinner.
@Jainadave_ I’ve been growing muscle and in a calorie deficit for 3 months. I think it depends on your amount of stored energy, if you have a lot, then your technically not in a calorie deficit in a way, it’s just your body uses other “calories” from the body. So yes and no.
