WHAT IS PURPOSE?
Purpose is that one thing for which you were created and at which you must succeed otherwise nothing else you succeed at will count.
- Emmanuel Iren, 2013
We do not forget the massacre in Owo 💔💔
Right inside a church 💔
Young, old, male, female. No one was spared 💔💔💔
Children had their skulls split in half 💔
Entire families were wiped out 💔
Estimate of 40-80 people who came to church to worship, died that day 💔
Nothing has changed ‼️‼️ The helplessness 💔💔
There is a Christian genocide in Nigeria.
There is a Christian genocide in Nigeria.

There is a Christian genocide in Nigeria.
There is a Christian genocide in Nigeria.
There is a Christian genocide in Nigeria.

To begin with, Nigeria doesn’t have a political ideology.
We claim to be a democracy.
But at our core, we are a people who don’t think the vulnerable have a voice.
If we’re honest, it’s not just a problem with the government. It’s a problem with all of us.
The government isn’t the reason we are quick to say “do you know who I am?”. Most of us think because we drive a certain car, or earn ‘x’ amount, we can trample on the rights of the average Joe.
Sadly, religion hasn’t helped as it should.
We have many Christians, for instance, but very few people with a truly Christian world view. People who truly: “Remember those who are … mistreated, as though mistreated too, since you also are in the body.” Hebrews 13:3.
Even in some Churches, the vulnerable and poor are constantly ridiculed.
Nothing truly touches us, until it touches the elite.
Nigeria’s challenges linger, because the elite do not feel it.
They have light
They have water
They have food
They have security
(Or should I say ‘we’?)
This is the reason constant killings in the North (and other parts of the country) are but business as usual for us.
We have grown so numb.
We cried when it first started. But now, we just sigh and move on.
Yet, who do we even blame for that? What can really be done?
It is well with Nigeria
It is well
My daughter says “Nigeria is light”
I was reminded of the optimism I had when I was her age.
All I can say is “Amen”.
The Bible is more than a book where you find tips for a better life.
The central purpose of the Bible is the salvation message: how God redeemed mankind to himself through the sacrifice of Jesus.
In all your study, if this is not your “chief aim,” you are using the book wrongly.
To the DG, Coordinators and every official of the NYSC!!!
You cannot threaten, intimidate or victimize any corper for expressing their view on the performance of the president.
They are citizens with rights!
The president is in office to serve the people and every Nigerian, Corper or not has the right to hold their Leaders accountable!!!
God doesn’t see as men do. He calls the wealthy church of Laodicea wretched and calls the poor church of Smyrna rich.
This means that true riches in the kingdom has nothing to do with money but has everything to do with purpose.
A man walking in the purpose of God for his life is truly wealthy.
You truly grasp the meaning of salvation when you recognize that every soul, no matter how seemingly moral or wayward, stands equal in their need for grace.
Christ preached to Nicodemus, a respected religious scholar, with the same earnestness as He did to the Samaritan woman at the well, an outcast burdened by shame.
No man's effort will ever weigh enough on the scale of God's justice. Salvation is by grace alone.
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus (Romans 3:23-24).
