It’s difficult to articulate just how much of a debt of gratitude America owes the people of Minneapolis.

They have set the gold standard in standing firm in their absolutely consistent approach and commitment to the power of local organising.

I am in awe of what they have achieved to date, but at such a dreadful cost to their community. They are the best among us, living proof that collective action can overcome tyranny.

My personal favorite - She supports all women having agency over their bodies and reproductive functions - from wellness care, to abortion, to IVF treatment. I mean, for this, she had me at HELLO!

So, take a hard look at what’s on the table. If you don’t exercise your power, you forfeit your right to complain or have an opinion.
