Hi, we are on Muscat now, you cancelled ours flight which should happen today evening. Muscat - Abu Dhabi 23:55 and tomorrows flight Abu Dhabi to Warsaw. We are family 2+3. We have no Information what to do. No new scheduled plane. For how long we have to reserve new hotel? In 7 days we will be lack of medicine (my wife and my son needs a every day medicine). @etihad I will ask once again. What if I have a flight scheduled on Mar 12, purchased before Feb 28, but simply want to cancel it due to unstable situation in the Middle East.

How you deceived me — sold me a ticket, but didn't give me a seat on the flight to Zurich when I showed up at the check-in counter in September, claiming all seats were taken — made me feel disgust toward your company. I deleted your app. When you charged 4,400 dirhams for a round-trip flight to Zurich in one day, you were quick to take the money. But when it came to giving me my actual ticket, you said they were gone, just 2 hours before boarding. You didn't refund the money. So if your company ever goes bankrupt, I won't be upset — because I lost time, nerves, and 4,400 dirhams. I will not wish your company good luck.

It’s been 18 days and I’m still waiting.
Your agent is now giving me a 45-day timeframe which is unacceptable.
