@British_Airways Can someone come down to the Gulf Air desk in T4 and sort my situation out!!! A BA delay, a missed connection. I’ve been pushed from pillar to post in Heathrow and informed I’m now on a gulf air flight. Gulf air cannot find my booking. Frustrated and exhausted

@British_Airways had not fully issued my ticket and therefore I was not on the GF 9.50pm flight. Still at the Gulf Air desk now as the try to help sort my issue. Never encountered anything like this. Emirates would be waiting at the air bridge with a new new boarding pass.

@British_Airways the day I’ve had with BA. It started with a 2 hour delay out of Dublin for my flight to Heathrow. On our eventual arrival it took another 40 minutes for buses to reach the plane for us to disembark. At this stage I missed my connection to Bahrain.

@STC_BHR @STC seems not to have a UK roaming agreement. Landed in the UK and cannot connect to a network. Called STC support but they could not fix it. It’s a disaster as here for two weeks and my bank texts me on this phone. Cannot pay bills and very poor support from STC

@EmiratesSupport I received an email last week from the Emirates refunds team requesting my bank details which I duly replied reconfirming my iban, swift, account name etc. I had hoped to receive the funds ASAP this week. Are you requesting I send the bank details again?

@emirates Many promises of call backs that never happen and 10 plus emails from customer services to refunds team that seemingly are completely ignored. Not what I ever expected from Emirates

@emirates Whatever happens don’t cancel your Emirates flight due to Covid. We had to cancel because of lockdown and we paid the extra fee in the event of cancellation. Now after 10 plus calls and a visit to the Emirates office in Bahrain they have not issued our refund
