@malcomgee66 @woundedtroop @RealJamesWoods He didn't go to another country to dodge the draft. He did it within the legal statutes of that day. And he didn't receive a pardon by Jimmy Carter who's first act on Jan. 21, 1977, issued Executive Order 11967, granted a pardon to all draft dodgers.
