Just a thought. I have 7 pairs. Love them. They do ride up sometimes. Especially after about a year of wear. Have you ever thought of making them for thigh size. For example I have “chicken legs” needs tighter leg fit. Others will have larger thighs. Etc.

@ColinDMello If we do not retain staff, in all levels of Heath care then there is none to mentor the new staff. This has become a big problem. I commonly see a 1 yr experienced nurse training a new grad. It’s broken. The staff are broken.

@ColinDMello Sadly the health minister representative always speaks about what they are doing to add staff. I personally don’t believe recruitment is the problem. The real problem is retention. Most new nurses leave the ER within 1-2 yrs.

ONA, please stop posting this stuff until you settled on a new agreement. We, the nurses pay our union dues. Represent us first. Then you can post these other issues.
