This was handled totally wrong.

A woman told NBC that: On 9/3/26, she was seated next to a man on a flight from Rochester, New York to Newark Liberty International Airport on September 3 when the man started masterbating.

I was involved in 4 masterbation cases as an FBI Agent.

Three were after the fact when the plane landed. Yes, it's a federal offense to masterbate on a plane in the air - 49 U.S.C. § 46506(2).

The 4th happened right next to me on a flight from San Juan to Miami. Yes, I arrested him on the spot. Yes he was convicted. Yes the Judge was appalled.

Why these guys decide to waive their business everywhere is quite frankly pretty perverse. They don't go into the restroom because that isn't what excites them.

If accurate, I can't believe United handled this, this way.

The guy should have been met by the FBI upon arrival.

BREAKING: Harvey Weinstein was just sentenced to 15 years in prison for sexually assaulting former "Project Runway" production assistant Miriam Haley.

"It is a life sentence for me," Haley told the court.

Weinstein appeared in court in a wheelchair more than a year after a jury convicted him in his NYC retrial.

His 2020 conviction was overturned in 2024. He still faces resentencing in L.A.
