@puncherton @BenGoldsmith In Norway the sheep that Lynx predate on spend a lot of time in the forest, that isn't comparable to the UK really, where sheep spend little if any time in woodland areas.

@puncherton @BenGoldsmith I think anyone should be allowed a say in the wildlife of their country but it's understandable why sheep farmers aren't keen to see lynx introduced.

My understanding is sheep are at a higher risk from lynx if they aren't fenced in.

If we had an effective process maybe people wouldn't feel the need to release inappropriately.
