Amazing day yesterday running @CardiffHalf - support was fantastic on the streets of #Cardiff, really made a difference! Thanks to the support of @NSPCC @NSPCC_Cymru along the route - great to hear people shouting your name with encouragement!! Thanks again to all my sponsors!!
